Domestic Shipping (USA)

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $70.

Orders under $70: A calculated shipping fee will be applied at checkout based on your selected carrier.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

International Shipping

Currently, our Free Shipping offer applies to USA orders only. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply.

 

Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. * Non-returnable items: Please note that specific items like cut thread, cut linen,  patterns, or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Please contact us at whitepeachneedlepoint@gmail.com for the return requests.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send a photo and contact us at whitepeachneedlepoint@gmail.com.

Please Note: If a replacement for your damaged or defective item is out of stock or no longer available, we will automatically issue a full refund to your original method of payment and notify you via email.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability.

White Peach Needlepoint reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We are not obligated to honor erroneous prices or out-of-date product specifications.
